Terms and Conditions of
Sale
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if it has not yet been
dispatched. If
you do wish to cancel an order, it is imperative that
you contact us
by phone as soon as possible as orders are typically
made up and
dispatched the morning of the following day they are
received. Note
that if the coffee has been ground, it cannot be sold
to anyone else
and so cancellation is impossible.
Returns
Coffee is categorised as a food and cannot be returned
unless there
has been an error on our part. Errors would include
coffee different
from the order or failure to grind coffee when so
requested or ground
when whole beans was requested. In such cases, we will
pay for the
goods to be returned and a substitute sent. In all
cases, email us
BEFORE you return the item.
Delivery
All deliveries within the UK will be by first class
post unless
stated otherwise.
Delivery Charges
Throughout the site, the prices quoted for our
products do not
include the delivery charge. When you add an item to
your order, a
post and packing charge will be added automatically.
You will always
be able to see the total price of your order and the
P&P charges
before you buy.
VAT
Coffee sold for home consumption
does not attract VAT.
