We have at least 10 coffees on sale at any
one time in the shop. We could help
you choose from the mild fragrant coffees of Kenya Peaberry or Colombia, or
a
middle of the road coffee such as the Nicaragua or the Guatemala or one
of
the strong dark varieties such as the Sumatra or the Dominican Republic.
Finally, there is a selection of imported coffees, coffee accessories and 12 different varieties of teas including Chinese green teas, Japanese green teas, Darjeeling, Chinese silver needle white tea, Mint tea and traditional teas such as Earl Grey and English breakfast.
This is our IR12 Diedrich coffee roaster capable of roasting 12 kgs
(26 pounds) of raw coffee every 15 minutes. It is located in a rural location just outside Inverness.
